Moving

To move your Pokémon, open the Pokémon Window and click on icon 'Order' and then click on the floor, your Pokémon will go to the ordained place.

 

This command is of vital importance in duels of high level, so it is recommended to use a hotkey for it. The Default is the hotkey 'button scroll mouse', just click with the 'scroll button' on the floor, your Pokémon will go to the ordained place.
